Edits: Video Editor

Somehow my edits app nd all the meta apps for that matter are not visible on my phone today. I somehow retrieved instagram but what about Whatsapp and Edits. I mean edits already has it's issues nd still I use it because I was comfortable working with the app. My 80 plus edited videos were there on edits nd I needed to upload them on YouTube but all my efforts, my data is gone. I mean what should I do. I've already wasted my entire day trying to retrieve particularly edits but this is very bad.

DONT INSTALL THIS APP. WATSE OF TIME this app is actually the worst. there is always some sort of issue with the media uploaded. either videos being flipped and sound delayed or when exporting the video exports upside down. i have tried everything to work with this app but I cannot take it anymore.

The app is so good and easy to use, but the speeding tool isn't working lately I can't speed anything, I hoped the update is ganna fix the problem but it didn't 😢 also, why deleted the copy and paste features?? It was so helpful when I'm creating new content with some old edited clips of mine☹️😞😞

Half of the time, the uploaded video has glitches, like stutters and some parts of the video turning 90 degrees. It's seriously frustrating. I have a Pixel 8 Pro and the videos are lovely out of it but this app just kills my want to create reels.

I'll give it three out of five stars. it's simple and straightforward enough for even someone with a basic understanding of editing photos/videos to make something. The reason it doesn't get a full five? If you don't constantly go in and clear it's memory and all it literally takes over your devices memory. If you don't catch it then for example something else you maybe working on and screen recording will end up corrupted. Don't ask me how or what sense any of this makes I'm not IT lol...

it still doesn't support external mic when recording from the app it's just good for compression of large videos without loosing quality that's it nothing else. half of the time cuts glitch whenever you try to edit clear noise in video sometimes audio gets mute no way to get back that audio . Hinglish captions are still mediocre

​We're having a small problem with the text feature. Applying both intro and outro motions to the same text doesn't work well. It would also be very helpful if you could add a feature to move and adjust the text position.

this app is actually kinda awful as is instagram its self and for a small little content account like mine to be struggling with this i can only imagine that bigger accounts don't even bother with it. its laggy, at random moments while editing the screen will go green or flip the video upside down, and for some reason and cant edit the speed of parts if the video.

App can be so glitchy. I used the slip feature and when I went back to the video it was just suck on the clip and I couldn't see the whole video anymore. I've had videos just stop working and all my progress lost.

not working, wont load !!!!! this is the worst editing app ive ever used! everytime i edit the videos it completely stops and makes everything black. literally every single time. it makes it impossible to edit multiple videos and put them together to make one reel. if you edit speed,add a video, change the volume you are unable to continue with your progress unless you exit all the way out and come back to it. I have a brand new Samsung so I know its not my phone it's this app!

This use to have zero problems for me. I just finished an edit tonight and I can't post it with the music🙄 I even tried adding it in on the social media apps on the page where you set it up to post and there's no adding of music option for it. I don't like the 90 seconds or less rule. It makes it feel like you have to make a flipbook album and those can be too much to watch at once. Please bring back the freedom to use more time for music audio to play.

Edits is such an amazing editing app and it's one of my favourites.. Everything is free..There are a lot of fonts , colour, effects and filters available..This app is very easy to use and nothing will confuse us..Draft edits will be there in the app..But I'm facing a timing issue with text effects in the Edits app. The font effects are already pre set by the app, and I can’t choose or adjust when the text appears on screen. Please add an option to control the timing of font/text effects..

I have Google pixel 6 and also iphone 13 but on both of these devices, i am not able to see "made with Edits" at the bottom of the reel screen once reel is uploaded in our instagram blog page directly from Edits app only. I am using the latest available version of the Edits app but still the same behaviour. else the app is best👌

I tried to give this app a second chance, but I tried 5 times and succeeded only once to edit and video and published it. When published it doesn't even show "made with edits". The app always bug, that's why I cancelled it in the first place but things seem exactly the same.

I've been using this app for a few months, it worked fine until today. I spent 2 hours on a video, i can see it well in the preview of the project, then i export it and... chaos. Some of the clips became upside down, some are just black screen, some are freezed... Then i spent an entire night trying to find a solution, i tried everything but nothing works. That's really sad, please fix it so i can post my beautiful reel and make my friend laugh in this cruel world

I really love this app the editing features are all good and its very easy to do and also we get trending songs of insta and also we can watch reels in it and then use its audio or templates it is very helpful but the suggestion i want to give is add a option to switch clips with that add some more effects.

Extremely consistent issues with generating captions, captions lining up with audio, being able to edit captions, and honestly just anything having to do with captions. I will generate a caption, which it inevitably gets wrong. I edit the caption. The part of the caption I just fixed doesn't show up at all anymore. It just disappears from the video Im trying to make. Forever. Then, I try to generate again, but the same thing happens. I make a brand new video from scratch. Repeat. Forever.

Easy to use for quick edits, and I honestly enjoy using it quite frequently. It does glitch at times, though, so I usually have to save my work, close the app, and reopen it to continue where I left off. Hopefully this feedback is helpful to the back-end developers and not taken as a bad review, because overall I still think it’s a great app. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am so pissed by the current service of this app , I made a edit , a random edits and there were texts and a sound track I edited the video 2 3 times by adding several clips which were of no harm and I did download all of them. And now I wanted to add one more clip and I edited it and it didn't give me to download it with audio. I tried to download it 1 2 times but it kept saying that your edits won't download with audio smthing. I request you to pls work on this .
