The pricing is deceptive - when you get to checkout, goods are often two to three times more. This isnt just tarrifs or shipping, it's the distributor banking on people not being able to math. Popups begging for push notifications, drawings, giveaways, etc are almost all scams and the ones that arent might as well be. Quality is mixed, you might get something ok you might get trash, but you wont know till it arrives at your doorstep. It's Amazon with spam, eith products thay will be mid at best

I've been shopping off of Shein for a year or 2 now with pretty good results. Since my last phone update, this app has been giving me so much trouble. it freezes up, glitches constantly, and has completely crashed the system UI in my phone twice, making me completely restart the entire phone. I'm 100% sure this app is the problem, everything else on my phone works fine, but I try to shop on Shein, and it's just a nightmare. I'm about to get rid of it. Super let down.

Fits perfect would recommend

tricked me into a promotion where I was led to believe I'd receive $40 credit for spending $40. After purchase was made they tell me I can only withdrawal $2 dollars a day and have to check in a certain amount of days to collect but the credit expires every 3 days so I won't get more then 6 dollars back and I have to spend it then. So hard to find transparency these days. I learned my lesson. if it's too good to be true it usually is. 😭

Absolute worst app ever

I read a lot of negative reviews from people. I will say check the price of the items before you check out. It can be confusing. All the products I ordered I received with the exception of two things. I requested a refund in the app saying I did not get the package. While it took a week I was granted a full refund for those items. All items have arrived in the expected number of days. Tracking packages is easy in the app.

I bought one but received two. I want to return them.

This app offers a wide variety of cute, cool & handy items at great prices, which is great whenever you want to shop. However, this app can also become very annoying with all the pop-up deals & special side games. AND the notifications from this app are unreal, way way way to many, they should offer a scale or something on how many times a week you would like receive notifications. HOWEVER, everything I have purchased from the app has been great.

when you get a free order, it says "no shipping fee" but when you actually order, there is a shipping fee. it lies about prices too, also, when you get 5 free orders after your first order, there's the very long steps, and it keeps adding to the people you need to invite when you invite people. I'm running out of people to invite

I used to love shein but it's been almost 2 months since I've been able to purchase from them because my account is frozen. I've already contacted support on multiple occasions to unfreeze my account but they offer no relief and I'm upset my club, saver, and other credits are just going to waste and be a waste of money. I've had a few item I wanted to buy before they went out of stock and they went out of stock before I could purchase them.

Shein is expensive now with cheap quality items. Dont't get me wrong I love buying from shein, but it's ridiculous that I have to waste 29$ in order to get free shipping. And if I don't meet the 29$ limit I have to pay 3.99 for EACH item, which comes out to be more expensive. Also, when I say cheap quality items - I mean as in the most basic thing as an earing will now cost you like 4$. I might just move to aliexpress or temu at this point 🥲

This site has too many pop ups and you can’t just shop

scam app. I bought an order and it gave me "10 items for free with free shipping" and I wasted ten minutes getting things and it was going great and I had to invite some friends and it gets to "99.9" and says "invite one more person" so I do and nothing happens so I think it's a glitch and go out of the app and back in and the entire thing disappeared :/

I love my items

I just put in an order tonight. I previously have ordered from them & everything was good except one order in which they made good. Tonight I noticed that the items I ordered went up in price & I still went to pay for my cart & it turns out the total didn't include 2 other items in my cart & they are still there. I'd say after I'll stick with Temu. I haven't had this problem with them!
