NotebookLM completely changed the way I study. I can upload chapters and understand difficult topics in a much more interesting and interactive way. The audio overview feature feels like listening to a smart educational podcast, and it helps me learn without getting bored. Itās especially useful for creating creative explanations, summaries, and study content for subjects like Geography and Science. The app feels modern, fast, and genuinely helpful for students. O

I recommend this app to others all of the time it's truly transformed my life . it' sounds like alot for being a notebook but it is much more than that . I would suggest being able to edit notebooks and also I really wish when you go to copy the text you could copy the whole page because some things is sentence by sentence other than that fantastic

NotebookLM is a very useful AI study tool, especially for students who want to understand notes, PDFs, and study material quickly. It can summarize documents, explain concepts, and even create helpful study guides from your files. The AI explanations are clear and make learning easier. However, there are some issues. The infographic feature and sidebar sometimes do not work properly, which can be a bit frustrating while studying.

I'm rating it a five-star because it's the most helpful I've ever known. I want it to be more reliable in terms of making questions and answers for it because most of the universities, especially Asian ones, don't have flashcards and quiz-like stuff. It is good but we have mostly questions with answers for four to five marks. I really like how they connect with Gemini. With further notice I think they will continue it and I really like it. I want them to develop more accurately.

I don't get it. What is it? It's certainly not a "notebook", and therefore misleading. If it's sourcing, there are none.. That's it. My original dictation, text, disappears. What's put in place Is a third person summary by the algorithm. It seems to be a global vacuum of everything that's it is fed. My guess is, like Open AI, eventually it will gather enough human input, coded into an algorithm that's repackaged and resold to us. What a great way to eliminate employees.

I very helpful and life save, but it needs some enhancements, the synchronization is not working well; I work on the browser sometimes and sometimes on my phone or iPad and it may around a day worth of time to see the last chat I had on the other devices, but if keep working on the browser where ever I go, then no problem to mention. I can't download from studio if I'm in mobile app.

This is one of best apps for studying. Not gonna lie,the feautures were solid. The audio generation (podcast), report, and quiz features are perfect for students like me. However, the daily limits of this app is what make some of us feel frustrated for some reason. The limits were decent, but if the purpose of this application is to help students/everyone to study ā please increase the limit rates. I understand that most of the apps have limits to avoid usage abuse, but help learners GROW. Thanks

The Google Android version of Google NotebookLM needs a huge update to make it match the functionality of the mobile browser version. Getting tired of having to use the mobile browser version just to pin a note, read the note, or to turn that note into a source. What gives? And how about allowing users to edit and resubmit their prompts. Citations need fixing too. They don't quote the actual citation. So much great potential. Needs improvement.

I barely know what to say, my teachers could never. This app is just too good, it explains all sorts of subjects from maths to geography, in the best ways possible, to be honest, just from a day of using this app, I already know that my academic comeback will be possible. This isn't just some AI that blurts answers, but it explains things clearly, helping you to have the ability to find the answer on your own, just with a bit of guidance. 20/5āļø

I would recommend this application to every student. 1. you can store multiple materials in one notebook and u do not have to scroll through different apps . 2. it can also view a video link and understand all the context init 3 u do not need to open another ai to study as u can just ask the notebook ai. 4. u can select or deselect the material from each notebook which u need to study specifically. 5. it makes ai generated videos, quizes, videos, Also PODCASTS which for me are very useful.

This is a cool app, you gotta try it. Where are the ads? I haven't had to watch a single ad. It takes my text (It also accepts other forms of input, but I've only used it with text so far.) and turns it into a pretty decent and interesting podcast in video or audio form, but it also makes flashcards, quizzes and other stuff out of it. It takes a little time to process, but it's worth the wait. I highly recommend at least trying it.

I wish there could be a "live chat" feature, where one could talk with the AI and it would reply audibly and instantly. This would be good for when one's focus isn't on the device with NotebookLM, so no need for typing on the keyboard! š I also can't generate any infographics and slide decks. And when it tries to generate math symbols, it instead displays the raw code. Please, can the developers fix these? If those bugs were fixed, I'd rate this app with 5 ā.

This app is really useful for studying key concepts. I really like this app, especially since I can pull it out of my pocket. However, they don't accept PowerPoint, which is kinda disappointing, especially if it's just a Word document. Also, sometimes there are some bugs when trying a slide deck and graphics, but they don't work. Overall, I like this app, and I hope they add support for things I like, such as PowerPoint.

potential improvements: 1. let us choose a model 2. voice input and output like in gemini app 3. quizzes ask super shallow questions that I can mostly pass even with bad knowledge of the material 4. Deep dive Audio always skips all technical details and math even if I ask not to. 5. Video content is mostly distracting and not helful to the narrative from a learners standpoint

The only problem in this app is that when we create quizzes, mind maps, presentations, and flash cards, there is no option to rename the files. This becomes a big problem after some days because many files have the same name, and it is difficult to find the correct one. We have to open and close multiple files to check which one it is. So please add a RENAME option for Studio files. This feature will make the app much easier to use. Otherwise, the app is very useful and good.

minus one star, since when you download a generated audio overview, it apparently disappears into the ether. The UI suggests the download is successful, but I search my entire file system and cannot for the life of me figure out where it downloads to! I don't understand how giant companies with well-funded development teams can make such asinine UX decisions. either download it to the downloads folder or tell me where you downloaded it!

I love this app. It allows me to lookup sources or even upload sources of my own concerning a topic of any kind and makes an easy to listen podcast. There's only one thing that will definitely make it better than it already is. Could you add a feature to let the podcast play in the background? It could really help me with multitasking.

I love this app. An AI that creates notes, videos, slideshows, flashcards, and quizzes for you but only uses the sources that you give it. Perfect for students of all ages and academic levels. It also works as an LLM like Gemini or ChatGPT where you give prompts and, yet again, its answers is based solely on your sources. Complaints: Struggles to import severeal different sources at once. I put in 25 pictures as sources and half of them failed to load in.

It's one of the best studies and/or entertainment tool ever. I'm rating it 5 stars with my personal experience. You can literally summarise the long lectures into minutes (15, 50, etc.) of audio overview, create quizzes, flashcards, data tables, video overviews... all on one tool. Love it! Love it! Love it! Love it! Love it! Love it! only 3 for free-tiers though, but still enough for better preparations.

this is by far the best study app that I've used. The quizzes and and the flashcards that it helps me generate are pretty accurate to the materials that I uploaded. Plus, its completely free and has not ads!! Though, I wish I could group my notebooks into sections, so that it'll be organized.
