I love Disney because it has good shows that I like

This app has introduced me to the world of adventures of cartoons like Mickey Mouse and Daisy or Minnie mouse and Donald Duck but it also introduced me to adventures of mysteries that are a little less playful but Disney+ gives me an experience of adventure no matter what I’m watching. I can always get away from the so sad and depressing a bit less than tense like Minnie mouse.🤩

The app hardly works. When it first launches, it takes forever and freezes. It NEVER remembers where you left off, so then you have to look for it, and rewatch 5+ minutes of ads you’d already watched, just to get back to where you were. And I’m pretty sure that’s the point.

Disney plus used to be cool if you exclusively liked Disney but as far as an all around streaming service goes, it is mid at best. Now there are all these ads and you constantly get logged out because of the stupid home network bs. I swear people only pay for this so they can watch espn

Constantly logs me out, gives me login errors, and is a general pain in the behind compared to other streaming apps. How can they expect to pay a premium for this garbage?

Disney I love to watch shows movies but then there was the ads I stop watching Disney and I started watching it again but the ads are getting annoying so please stop the ads .

After the last update, the Continue Watching feature has stopped working. I have the Disney app in the top row of my Apple TV 4K, third generation home screen up to recently, it would display the shows and movies I was recently watching or shows and movies that are upcoming. That is no longer happening. I know it’s not an issue with the Apple TV as the other apps I have in the top row are working just fine, including Prime Video, Netflix, and Apple TV. I’ve done all the potential fixes, including disconnecting and reconnecting Disney from and to Apple, uninstalling and reinstalling the app and of course, restarting the Apple TV. Nothing seems to fix it. All I get is the big Disney+ screen when I highlight the Disney app. So it would be great if you could get this working again.

So if you chose to watch anything through disney+ on your TV, the movie or show will play until you hit an advertisement, then it will stall and not play UNLESS you go on your phone, watch the whole 2 minutes of ads meanwhile you need to exit out of the app on your television, launch Disney plus AGAIN select the movie again, and HOPEFULLY it will load to where you left off on your phone. This will happen every single time an ad pops up. Just wanted to watch a movie with my family and we spent an additional 30-40 minutes on working around this issue. I was okay dealing with it until I couldn’t even get the ad to play through on my phone during the last 18 minutes of the movie. I have seen many other users complain about this issue. We have yet to figure out a resolution, not that we should have to in the first place when paying $13 monthly with ads. Also it is so slow on the TV, and the frequency of ads in general is really ridiculous. Sure I could pay for no ads but I wanted to save money where I could seeing as we already pay hundreds on movie channels. Just going to cancel because I’m pretty it’s a reasonable expectation to be able to use your streaming services on your tv of all things.

It stops every 5 seconds for 1-2 seconds watching nba finals. Not watchable.

Way to many ads and they are too long

Movies and shows will freeze after an ad on a black screen, making you close the app and restart.

Hey Disney I wish you would put in a sports section for the edit avetar but over all Disney is the one of the best striming app if not the best Disney you are amazing

if u don’t pay for no commercials it’s so annoying to watch especially if it’s a show I cannot afford no commercials but there’s way to many I can’t even enjoy 1 show

Way too many ads and way too frequently. If your stupid ad interrupts my show, I’m absolutely not buying your product. It should be a free service if we have to watch 1000 ads before, during, and after the program.

Why the hell am I getting 2 minute long ads after watching a 45 second long opening? We all know Disney is committing heinous acts regarding cp, so I’d assume this company would be pretty rich due to their ties with Donald trump and J.E, so why be so greedy if you have all these billionaires funding your trafficking business? We all know Disney is frozen it’s no secret, the least you could do is remove ads, we already pay enough to stream shows with this app.

Every time I pause the show it restarts me from the nearest add spot, forcing me to rewatch ads I’ve already watched, do not recommend this app for people who actually care about their time
