Get rid of the new floating residual ads! Dismiss and install buttons are way too close, to easy to hit install accidentally. Please put function above greed in your design.

YouTube is a great platform for entertainment, of course, no doubt! Tons of videos and content creators to follow. However, I have just one problem; the timestamps don't seem to be working properly nowadays, no matter how many times I tap on them, and it's sort of annonying. I think that's just an error, though. No problem with the ads, I guess. That's all! :)

The moderation sucks. it targets and demonitizes human owned channels for "repetitive content". It also randomly stops playback when my screen is off? I have premium.. It's the only app that struggles with playback consistently. other media players have no problem; it's also often the only website that won't load. The auto-dubbing "feature" ruins a lot of music, and incorrectly detects different languages. It also shoves ai into shorts, whether you like it or not. If it didn't have a monopoly—..

The app is still one star... you guys still haven't fixed where if you're writing a comment and a commercial hits it deletes your comment. it doesn't do that on the computer, so it's something with your Android app. it replays shorts or long vids, commercials can contain x rate material, and you still have absurdly long ads mixed in. (It shouldn't be that hard to put a time cap...) I'll see your monthly service is way too expensive for the value. more than I pay for my Netflix.

now I can't fully uninstall this app from my phone to replace corrupt app files because now Samsung considers YT as a system app. Let me fully uninstall this so I can replace the corrupt files that google won't fix/replace. you need to fix the Queue UI bug cuz now there's no "clear queue". YT has existed for almost 20yrs. it's unacceptable for UI bugs to remain unfixed for years. Stop opening to YouTube shorts, it's messing up my history and algorithm! now picture in picture is broken.

Dear Google or Alphabet or whoever, your greed is unapologetically vulgar at this point. Why are you slowly making the skip ads button obsolete? ALL ads should be dismissed when it’s pressed. Banners should NOT linger on top of the video i’m trying to watch. I wouldn’t be surprised if you got hit with another class action suit because of this.

4/30/26 cant just put videos i see on home in my watch later I have to click on them or go to the channel directly, hold down to add it to my play list- please stop fixing things that are not broken.

I get that this is a “free” service, but the amount of ads on this platform is staggering. No other platform has this many. And now the ads don’t even stop once you skip them; there is also a banner that obscures half the video AFTER the ad. It never used to be like this, so what changed? I’d say it’s from greed, since over $4 million a year is apparently not yet good enough for Neal Mohan.

This may sound unusual but when I want to sleep I use your hour-long ads sometimes as a sleep aid. They often drone on about the same subject without any shift in the plotline and it has kind of a soothing effect on my mind. Obviously, in other situations it's mostly a hard work to click through all your ads. But "no pain no gain" right?

I really enjoy using YouTube and I pay money for its premium features. I watch a lot on there, and I use it for tutorials for crafts and I listen to music. I am seriously considering leaving the platform, though, and seeking out the creators on alternative platforms if YT doesn't stop implementing AI features that I cannot turn off. I do not want a summary about every video, I don't want to enhance anything, I don't need that. It's annoying to see.

I’ve never had a problem with YouTube for over 10+ years, but out of the blue recently, my videos won’t stop freezing. The sound still plays and the time continues, but the picture stops and isn’t fixable.

still bad. very buggy as of late, random crashes, dimming, quality drops, inconsistent captions and translations, and issues across the board when it comes to watching live streams. their new moderator bots are slapping cc's with false flags and their appeal system is seemingly completely run by ai now as well meaning your channel and monetary status hang entirely on the whims of a machine, despite the recent push on "protecting kids on the Internet" YouTube kids is still the most dangerous :/

Bad! Why do you always put a short video or lots of ads that I don't want to watch when I open the app?? Makes me forget what I was looking for! Sometimes those are videos with a very loud audio or with a person doing ridiculous stuff! Enough! I don't like that! Makes me angry every time and it's bad for my health! I also hate the privileges you are giving to all those add producers. There are a lot of ads I don't like! Enough! One per video is fine! Stop overloading videos with ads! Enough!

8 ADS FOR A 16 MINUTE VIDEO ARE WE SERIOUS THIS IS RIDICULOUS

i think mine's is bugged. 1. The audio is gone after several minutes playing. 2. The video, its not always happen but there are times it stop playing the video in the middle. Can't play the video again. I have to close the app and start again. Is it only me or anybody here experience the same problem? 3. The ads start to ruin the experience, like JUST IN 10s playing the video, the ads played then in the next 3 minutes another ad - so is this your way to FORCE US TO PAY?
