this app is doing totally unfair because I am using this app for one day trial and in every minute the new 5 minutes ads was coming why bcz I am just using that trial so I am very unsatisfied with this type of behavior of this app if you don't want me to see the show then why you are giving free trial just go and put all you show by subscription but don't waste everyone time

I took the subscription of this application, I was told it was for 3 months but the very next day this application deducted Rs 699 from my account which is a fraud, stay away from such applications as much as possible. Do not get lured by such applications, they can empty your entire account, hence all of you are requested not to download such applications.

“I was scrolling Facebook and saw some story-like reels. After watching a bit, I felt like watching the full series, so I downloaded the app. It showed ₹1, so I thought it was just ₹1 and proceeded. I didn’t know that auto-pay had been activated on 23 January. Now money has been deducted from my account even though I haven’t watched anything after that. ₹699 has been charged. Please return my money, sir.”

This Kuku Tv application is scam like frist 1rs payment and after watching just 3-4 episode they are asking to pay 499 to unlock the shows not trusted application. Instead that we have multiple apps were we can watch episodes then we can they are asking to for the subscription.

I could've rated 4-5 star but if U don't pay, this app will torture u so much. it will give ad every 30 seconds and ad will last for 4-5 minutes. if u watch 50 episode serial. serial will be 25 minute but ads will take ye 50 minutes making total 75 minutes. also most of the ads will not go away even if u press close button. u will have to stop watching that series if ads get stuck. For me all ads where 2-3 ads were at a time, those never get past 1st ad and it get stuck after first ad. worst app

subscribed to your free trial offer by paying ₹2 as mentioned in the promotion. I cancelled the subscription within the trial period. However, I have noticed that you are attempting to automatically deduct ₹499 from my account without my consent. This is very disappointing and feels misleading. I kindly request you to review my account and ensure that no charges are deducted after the cancellation of my subscription. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I may be forced to escalate the matter

The app shows ads saying that everything is free for everyone, but that is misleading. In reality, there are hidden charges, and many users face automatic payment deductions without clear permission. This feels like a kind of fraud because users are not properly informed before being charged. Another big issue is the auto-pay feature, which can turn on without the user fully understanding it. Once activated, money can be deducted automatically, which creates trust issues.

Very bad experience. This app deducted ₹599 from my account without my permission (Auto-debit). Their customer support is not responding and their phone numbers are invalid. I have already filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (Docket No: 9047468). Fraud app, don't download!"

I installed app and 1 rupees fre trial done after I didn't received proper drama videos then I uninstalled the app. after one week 499 rupees was deducted from my account now I mailed to them they are telling my mail I'd is wrong , but while I installed and login with only mobile number there is no mail id . This is a very big scam, the amount is being auto debited, don't trust this app, this is a very big scam, please stop using this app I losed my money so much they are publiciting so many social media platforms don't trust.your opening that nothing is there in side. when you are first auto debit after some day we forget but that amount is debited suddenly that why any one don't trust this app this is my experience and worst experience Don't be fooled guys

They charged me after I cancelled the plan via auto payment, when I try ask for refund AI said to wait for 3-5 days, it's been 8 days now, it says I didn't raise refund request before 3 days refund policy window. no real human support, just a repeated message to frustrate you. Discussing with legal team to fix it. do not pay this fraud.

dhokhebaaz app. ads for more than 1 minute evenwhen paid. total waste of money. better go for branded ott not this ghatiya. but if you still want to go for trial version then please pay rs.2 and at the same time cancel your auto pay otherwise they will charge hundreds of rupees and will even refuse to return the money telling that you clicked on the locked contents which was for premium users.

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding an unauthorized deduction from my account I had subscribed to your service by paying ₹2, which clearly mentioned a 3-day free trial I had enabled auto-pay for convenience However, before the completion of the trial period, an amount of ₹499 was deducted from my account without my consent This is completely unfair and misleading, as the trial period was not honored. I love the app! This is syncing happens pretty much every time you open the app, start, stop, or edit an entry, so it was a real pain. The app is soo much faster download. But now download faster and more🔥 stable. Thank you so much to everyone algorithms. You'd stop an entry and it'd be several seconds before it'd actually stop and those extra seconds are added too the entry. Not to mention being unable to use the app when it's syncing because it literally stops responding until it's done.!

Please never download this app. It has an overwhelming amount of ads that keep interrupting your experience. The ads are constant and frustrating, making it almost impossible to use the app. On top of that, it constantly pushes for premium reviews and upgrades. The app cares more about making money through ads than providing a good user experience. I don’t want to give stars, but it’s compulsory, so I’m giving only one star.
